Hebrew actually has fewer characters than English..
And you are right! We do write Hebrew from right to left.
However, no shortage of online tools which can reverse the order of the letters, if necessary (no familiarity with your specific engine).

English is taught as a second language here.
I'd be more than glad to participate by any way in the Forge project.

I'll probably start working on the Loom site in the next couple of days.

My name is Peled. I live in Israel.
I'd love to offer my help with translating the game into hebrew (Loom was also published in hebrew back then).
I'm a 2nd-year computer science student and also experienced with graphic design (photoshop work mostly). So, I hope I'll be able to help with these issues at the not too far future.
14 years ago , I've created the hebrew Loom fan site. It also got recognition when they wrote about it in the computer section of Israel's largest newspaper.
Today it is no longer online, but I have plans to revive it, and add there some Forge related content, since there are not so few israeli fans out there.
I hope I can give as much as possible for this wonderful project, I was waiting a lifetime (The first time I've played Loom, I was 5 or 6 years old ) .
Anyway, I'd like to wish all those involved, a lot of success in fulfilling the project's goals.
